"The Walk" is a 500 mile walk to raise money for the "Coder kids"- a small group of Honduran children rescued by Bob and Joyce Coder from sexual and physical abuse in an orphanage. The contributions they rely on are down and so they need our help. This walk is to help them. Please visit their website at www.number7widowsmite.org. May God bless you, and I thank you, Craig G. Craig is again out of internet country. He made 16 miles today! His feet are aching but he sounds happy. He found a KOA in Westport to stay in tonight, he was able to get a shower and shave there too! Good thing! He has the sound of the ocean to lull him to sleep. Hopefully tomorrow he can get on line and share his stories with us all. Please keep the Coders and Craig in your prayers. Don't forget you can leave him comments too!

Craig,
ReplyDeleteBig apologies...I thought I had us signed up to receive e-mails of your postings, but apparently not. I think I have it now.
Wow, a lot has happened since I last read you were home. Glad you got a good pack and we'll pray for those 'puppies' of yours to toughen up some so you don't hurt so much! Great job of posting your feelings and thought process on the trip and a great statement about experiencing God's provision yesterday and today, but struggling to believe for tomorrow....you have lots of friends who fit into that category...probably all of us!
We are thrilled you are growing by leaps and bounds in the Lord and truly look forward to hearing more about what's going on out there...wish I could be w/you.
Bob
Craig,
ReplyDeleteCan't find your Facebook page...what's it listed under?
Bob
Craig,
ReplyDeleteWhat a great undertaking! My prayers are with you as you make the trek down to Kates. My sister lives in Gualala...you should be passing thru there soon. Call me if you need anything while you're in that area. 707 832-3185. I'll be in the SF Bay Area until Saturday morning also, if you get that far by then and need anything.
Blessings
Melanie :)
